Ancient and beautiful farmhouse with adjoining outbuilding carefully restored, situated on the hills surrounding Bucine, a short distance away from the nice town of Arezzo. The villa is part of a large farming estate producing excellent olive oil and Chianti wine and enjoys splendid views over the surrounding landscape rich in vineyards and olive groves. Both the villa and the outbuilding offer tastefully furnished and comfortable interiors. Large outdoor areas are available and provide an ideal setting to relax in close contact with nature. A secondary road leading to the farm and to the nice medieval village of Montebenichi passes nearby. Distances: the small village of Ambra with food shop 4 km away, Bucine with all kinds of shops and supermarket 15 km, Siena approx. 20 km, Arezzo approx. 30 km, Florence (airport) 60 km.
