Interior Description

A house in the Dorsoduro district, in Venice, the heart of an eternal spell. This historic home, recently renovated and provided by the latest equipment, is the result of a refined architectural work that has brought to light a building entirely used for hospitality. Each space has been designed to satisfy the needs of the guest. The details, furnishings and utilities meet the highest standards of reception, making possible the achievement of 4 lions, the highest category recognized for holiday homes. The building, at the complete disposal of the guests, is presented with a reception room on the lower floor, then, going up the staircase, two living rooms, equipped with a double sofa bed, two kitchens with induction hobs, dishwashers, refrigerators and microwave ovens , four double bedrooms (two of those are available with single beds, if required) and three bathrooms, all with shower. Each room has air conditioning. The heating is autonomous and programmable for each area of the house. There are 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The wifi connection is unlimited. Maximum privacy is guaranteed by the presence of an armored entrance door and double glazed windows. The access to the apartment is possible with a code inserted on the special keypad located near the door, which simplifies the access process, avoiding the annoying storage of the keys. The luggage deposit in the building is also granted, thanks to closed and reserved lockers.
