This elegant 5-room house spans 150 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room features a flat-screen television and video player, with direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor is designed around a cooking island and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a bathroom equipped with a double hand-basin, along with a separate WC.

Local Policies

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
