Excellent! Spacious room with luxuary comfort. 2 balconies in our suite Aria. Alessandra welcomed us in person and we felt immediately at home. She is a wonderful host. Special Breakfast was also made for us vegans deliciously. The pool was very nice in the hot weather. Everything was great!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico! La nostra camera era un bilocale elegantissimo con tutti i comfort possibili (divano, televisioni smart), con un terrazzino per godere del fresco estivo delle sere di Brindisi. Alessandra e il personale sono stati super gentili e disponibili! La piscina con vista sulla città è davvero suggestiva e ci ha concesso momenti fantastici di relax. Per aver prenotato pochi giorni prima in stagione altissima non abbiamo pagato nemmeno molto! Io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti e non vediamo l'ora di tornare presto a soggiornare!

Suite Acqua - Raro Rooms Collection - Santo Stefano
Streaming services don't work on the televisions, there was no saucepans only a frying pan and a large pan. We were there a week and there was no kettle for 5 days, we received one on the 2nd last day.
The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Alessandra. The apartments are in the perfect location, very close to good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
The rooftop pool is perfect for some relaxation, and has good views of the city.
We had lovely week staying here, however if you wish to advertise the apartments as luxury you have to get the small things right. The taxi service is a good example of getting it right, prompt, courteous and friendly at a reasonable cost.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Fantastic property. Plunge pool was brilliant. Breakfast was great, but the overall size of the property was amazing. Location ideal for access to old town and all facilities.

The room (apartment actually) and the rooftop pool were in excellent condition, modern and luxurious. Check-in and communication very easy. There was a kitchen, minibar was stocked up nicely.
