Local Policies
Access to the rooms is granted after correctly completing online check-in with Vikey.
There is no reception, so it is necessary to agree on the check-in time. Late check-in has an additional cost starting from €35.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- Bathroom linens per person: 1x face sponge, 1x bidet sponge, 1x shower sponge.
- All travelers benefit, with the payment of 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and coverage of any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damage exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
