Outdoor

Passing outside you can see the barbecue, for the preparation of splendid grills during the summer evenings as well as the small wood oven near the trullo. Not far away it is possible to take advantage of the seasonal harvest from the organic garden, grown by local farmers.
The swimming pool (11m X 5m X 1.2h), which dominates the entire outdoor area, is absolutely essential to make your holiday unique, here you can have fun and relax with your family and friends and you can also sunbathe lying down in the areas equipped with mobile and stone sun loungers with large cushions. You can also relax in the shade of the umbrellas properly installed near the pool, perhaps after taking a shower in the outdoor area and cooling off.
The large garden is suitable for hosting small events and ceremonies with a larger capacity than the villa (subject to authorization and payment of an event FEE).

Interior Description

The kitchen is modern and complete with hob with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, sink and Nespresso coffee machine and Smart TV with SKY (Cinema, Sports and Entertainment).
Continuing you enter the two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds ideal for children and / or teenagers, very spacious, it has shelves where you can place your clothes and personal items. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden from the French door.
The two bedrooms share a bathroom complete with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and the predominant element is the stone that makes the environment even more traditional.
From the living room it is possible to access the gardens through beautiful French windows with mosquito nets which lead to the garden and the swimming pool. Both verandas have seating for 8 people.
The second Trullo has an independent access and consists of a kitchen and an open space room. The master suite is ideal for a couple to fully enjoy their privacy. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, wall with Smart TV and Sky.
In addition to the kitchen, this area is equipped with a bathroom, also equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet and a large shower, furthermore in front of the bathroom there is a small area used for luggage storage. Nearby there is a bedroom with a king size bed, extra large wardrobe and air conditioning covering all areas.
Also in the main body, there is a small suite, consisting of a bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette, with separate and independent access, equipped with a French double bed, wall equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning is also installed here. . This small trullo is ideal for children and teenagers who want to relax or play with each other.
