We stayed at the hotel in early January and everything was excellent!
Even though it was off-season and there were few guests, we were treated very well, from the breakfast with attentive staff to a problem with the shower being promptly resolved at night.

Ho soggiornato una notte nella struttura, la camera bella e ben curata, colazione perfetta.
Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di Ostuni. Purtroppo ero convinta di poter fare un bagno nella piscina con acqua riscaldata ma l’acqua era tiepida, sarebbe stato bellissimo, se fosse stata bollente, essendo all’aperto.
In più in camera sotto la tv c’è un biglietto con su scritto che è possibile vedere Sky, ma la tv era inutilizzabile, non potevamo accedere a nulla se non a YouTube. Piacevole esperienza di soggiorno. L'alloggio era pulito e molto accogliente, inoltre si trovava in una posizione abbastanza comoda per l'accesso ad Ostuni paese. Unico piccolo neo è stato trovare l'alloggio, dal momento che non risulta molto facile da individuare. Ma al di la di questo, se cercate un alloggio tranquillo dove poter sostare questo è sicuramente il posto giusto. Ultima nota positiva è la colazione, ottima ed abbondante. Consigliato senz'altro.

Beautiful accommodation. Perfect location within walking distance to the centre but tucked away on a quiet road. Access to the building and room was via phone but this was easy enough. Staff at breakfast and cleaners were very friendly. No complaints!

La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. Maria è una cuoca fantastica! Sono una bella squadra di donne ???? le nostre camere erano stupende, tutto molto pulito, personalizzato e ben progettato. La posizione era perfetta. Era lontano dal rumore in un vicolo. Molto ideale per scaricare la macchina e a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'unico feedback che aggiungerei è un seggiolone ma a parte questo ci è piaciuto molto!

Mi è piaciuto molto questo alloggio. Tutto perfetto. La camera è bellissima, tutti i dettagli pensati per il comfort dell'ospite. Il check-in a distanza sembrava preoccupante, ma è andato tutto bene, qualcuno controlla su WhatsApp e risponde immediatamente se qualcosa non va bene. Un consiglio: accedere al wifi della struttura appena ci si trova di fronte (lo mandano nelle istruzioni via mail), perché serve una buona connessione per aprire le porte a distanza. La colazione era ottima, aveva un nido d'ape che oltre che bellissimo era delizioso, l'addetto che serviva era molto gentile. La posizione è ottima, molto vicino al centro storico.
Mi è piaciuto tutto di questo alloggio. Forse il periodo in cui ho visitato la città non è stato dei migliori, perché a fine gennaio è ancora inverno e molti locali sono chiusi. A wonderful spot. Room 6 ‘Romantic Grotta Dei Millenari’ was beautifully furnished, and was perfectly warm during a cold winter night. The breakfast service was amazingly generous. Very easy to access by foot after catching the bus from the station (especially if limited luggage), and close to everything across the Centro Storico. Only wish I had time to stay longer.

lovely place. well-located - a few minutes to the main piazza and everything else. very well-designed, high end fixture, finishes, etc. pool and roof deck are small but just right. downsides: this is a limited service hotel - no-one on site, the entry process is burdensome and complicated and entry only by a code on your phone can cause problems. The management company is available but any assistance is not necessarily timely. The pool was not clean(!).

We had a very enjoyable stay in Ostuni and the Vico Bianco Raro Rooms further added to our wonderful visit. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well appointed. The morning buffet breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Maria who oversaw the property and the breakfast area was pleasant, charming and most helpful in recommending restaurants and areas to visit in the area. She made our stay truly enjoyable, especially with her morning sweet creations. Would recommend VICO BIANCO RARO 100%.

Eccellente è dir poco! Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere dieci stelline se le meriterebbe tutte. Siamo state accerchiate da comfort, gentilezza e disponibilità dal primo giorno in cui abbiamo messo piede al Vico Bianco.

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, struttura bellissima a pochi passi dal centro storico di Ostuni. Unica pecca nella stanza è la mancanza di un armadio con annesse grucce, quindi è stato un po’ difficile organizzarsi con i vestiti ( camicie, abiti lunghi ecc)

Buongiorno Simona, vi ringraziamo della cortese recensione. L'armadio è ricavato nella nicchia all'ingresso, "nascosto" dallo specchio. Ci impegneremo nel renderlo più visibile. Vi aspettiamo nuovamente, a presto!

Sono rimasto semplicemente senza parole, per una settimana intera, tanto quanto il mio soggiorno! La struttura è in centro, le camere sono ampie e fresce e con un arredamento moderno, proprio come piace a me. I materassi sono comodi e confortevoli come quelli di migliore qualità, e avendo problemi alla schiena lo ho apprezzato oltre modo. La stuttura ha un fascino antico con un gusto moderno. Il bagno e la doccia sono veramente ben rifiniti e la doccia è spaziosa oltremodo, per non parlare della vetrata che ti permette di vedere verso la camera mentre fai la doccia. La biancheria da letto e da bagno aveva un profumo delizioso. Ho scoperto poi che in tutta la stuttura e nelle camere sono presenti dei profumatori tipici della Puglia che prendono il nome di PUMO di Puglia che hanno delle fragranze fantastiche. Sono riuscito anche a farmi il bagno nella piscina nell roof scoprendo poi che era disponibile anche l'idromassaggio. Ero da solo ed è stato un momento di totale relax. Il self check in a distanza inizialmente mi ha creato qualche dubbio, ma a pensarci bene e dopo averlo provato è veramente comodo e ti garantisce una grandissima libertà. La spiegazione che mi ha mandato per email la Sig.ra Tamara era precisa e chiara, ho inserito i codici e via dentro la camera a farmi una doccia calda, senza perdite di tempo inutili ai banconi della reception come invece avviene nei posti dove vado solitamente.
Una parola di ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Rita, la governante. Ti svegli la mattina, esci dalla tua camera, e trovi davanti a te una persona che ti attende con un buongiorno e con un sorriso. Semplicemente impagabile. Essendoci stato 1 settimana sono riuscito a perdere bottoni delle camicie e a sporcami di olio i vestiti. Nessun problema! Per questo c'è Rita. Top!!
Lo staff è pronto ad intervenire per ogni eventualità e ogni richiesta. Infatti non trovavo un panno per pulire le scarpe e si sono subito attivati anche per procurare dei kit da mettere in dotazione nelle camere. Questo dimostra che lo staff è aperto ai suggerimenti da parte dei clienti.
Insomma un soggiorno a Vico Bianco lo consiglio a tutti!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
