Raro Realty srl is a real estate broker that intermediates the rental of properties for which it holds a representation mandate with the owner or a partner of whom it is a distributor, mediating between owners/partners and clients/tenants

• The reservation does not grant the right to organize events of any kind on the property unless previously agreed in writing with the agency, as provided for in point 25 of the General Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.

Provision of bed linen and towels upon arrival (per person: face towel, bath towel, bidet towel, pool towel, and shower mat).

By paying the 6% Agency Fee, all travelers benefit from the RARO CARE service, which covers cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.

With the RARO CARE Service, you will be covered for any damage exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

Electric Vehicle Charging Service
An electric vehicle charging station is available at Masseria Lamagrotte. The service is managed as follows:

Mandatory Reservation: The service is available by reservation only. A request must be sent via email at least 48 hours in advance of the time you wish to charge. We will reply as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours, confirming the authorization.

Rates: The current energy price is €0.70 / kWh.

Advance Payment: To activate the charging station, an advance payment of €50 is required, to be made via the secure link we will send you.

Final Balance: Upon check-out, we will calculate the actual kWh consumed. If you have consumed less than €50, we will immediately refund the difference; if you have consumed more, we will ask for the remaining balance.

Note on Rates: Due to the instability of the energy market, we reserve the right to modify the rate per kWh based on fluctuations in electricity costs. The final price will, however, be confirmed and locked at the time of our reply to your email.

Safety Note: It is strictly forbidden to connect electric vehicles to the regular power outlets of the house.

In-House Massage Service
Masseria Lamagrotte offers the possibility to book wellness treatments directly on-site. The contact person for this service is Angela Milone.

Availability: every day from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Types of Massages:

• "Sea Breeze" Massage (Brezza Marina): relaxing massage with a light touch (almond oil with a saline scent is used).


• "Apulian Caress" Massage (Carezza di Puglia): relaxing massage with a deep touch (almond oil with a rosemary scent is used).
