- The reservation does not entitle you to organize events of any kind on the property unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as per point 25 of the General Conditions. Use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.

Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival (per person: face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel, and shower mat).

All travelers benefit from the RARO CARE service, which covers cancellation and accidental damage to the property, upon payment of a 6% Agency Fee.

The RARO CARE service covers damages from €100.00 to €5,000.00.

Electric Vehicle Charging Service
An electric vehicle charging station is available at Masseria Lamagrotte. The service is operated as follows:

Reservation Required: The service is available by reservation only. You must send a request by email at least 48 hours in advance of your desired charging time. We will respond as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours, confirming authorization.

Rates: The current electricity price is €0.70/kWh.

Advance Payment: To activate the charging station, a €50 advance payment is required, to be made via the secure link we'll send you.

Final Balance: At checkout, we'll calculate the kWh you've actually consumed. If you've consumed less than €50, we'll immediately refund the difference; if you've consumed more, we'll ask you to pay the balance.

Note on Rates: Due to the volatility of the energy market, we reserve the right to adjust the kWh rate based on fluctuations in electricity costs. The final price will be confirmed and locked in upon our response to your email.

Security Note: Plugging electric vehicles into standard household outlets is strictly prohibited.
