Description
The exclusive villa in Apulia, called "Bellavista", is located below the town of Ostuni, surrounded by olive trees. The villa was completely rebuilt on the foundations of an old Masseria. On the ground floor are a large and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a large living room and a generously designed entrance area. In the basement there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and a large lounge. The approximately 1-acre private garden with green lawns is surrounded with plants and trees. The heated pool can be reached directly via a small footpath from the terrace of the villa. An incomparable view of the city Ostuni characterizes this villa.
The sandy beaches of Marina di Ostuni and Torre Canne are only 7 km away.
The citta bianca Ostuni is only 2 from the villa and you can reach a restaurant in walking distance (700 metres).
Except during July and August, Bellavista can be rented starting any day. No Saturday-Saturday rules.

You enjoy in this holiday villa a private pool that is not only very large (15 x 6 metres) but also heated giving you the possibilty to swin from Easter to October.
There is a boarding area which is about 30 cm deep and after a good 2 meters it drops to 1.20 meters going down to 2.00 meters.

Reservation Policy
Local Policies
All travelers benefit, with the payment of 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and coverage of any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damage exceeding € 100.00 and up to € 5,000.00
- Entry to the property must take place after completion of sanitation by the staff assigned to this activity and therefore not before 5:00 PM. The assigned staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the scheduled time for access and he will communicate it to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- **twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of guests, mid-stay partial cleaning with room tidying and bathroom cleaning with ONLY towel change (except pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is a minimum of 7 nights, the intermediate passage as reported above is provided.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (e.g. 12 nights), an intermediate passage is provided mid-stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) an intermediate and final passage is provided as reported above.
During high season periods, weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
The maximum temperature of the heated pool during mid-season periods is 26° degrees.
Heated pool cost: €450/week.

This place was simply outstanding! We stayed here for 5 nights May 18-23. The pictures do not even do this place justice! The view of Ostuni is something out of a magazine. Picture perfect sunrises and sunsets. The property is immaculate. Landscaping and pool area are top notch. The Villa itself is beautiful. We had 8 people stay and it was very spacious. The pool is top notch, Just be aware of the temperature as the heater was not available for our stay. We hired a private chef to cook for my wife's birthday one evening through Raro Villas and it was such a great experience! I would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale stay close to Ostuni!

Wonderful place for my family, with 2 kids under 3 years old. There was plenty of room for them to play, while the rest of us could watch and enjoy! The view of the city is wonderful - the picture do not dod it justice at all! The home is beautiful and comfortable! Christoph, our host, was awesome! He was very responsive, knowledgable of the area and the home and he was fun to talk to. I would rent here again in a heart beat!

A Perfect holiday at Bella Vista in Ostuni, Puglia
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bella Vista. A most beautifully restored masseria holiday home on the outskirts of Ostuni, Puglia.
We couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had ‘lucked in’ with this most amazing holiday home. The location was absolutely perfect with complete privacy and views of Ostuni, the historic “White City” of Puglia from the house and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea from the rooftop.
The accommodation itself was immaculate and looked super cool with a blend of traditional Puglian charm with all the modern comforts including air conditioning. The stone walls and vaulted ceilings added a rustic feel, while the modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy some of the delicious local produce and the BBQ was so clean, it could have been new.
We found RaroVillas to be incredibly helpful offering many useful services for our stay including pre-arrival food shop which was fantastic.
And last but not least, the property manager, Christoph, was a top man ready to help to help ‘at the drop of a hat’Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Three couples shared this beautiful villa for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We have been fortunate enough to stay in wonderful places around the world however none better than this. It was a perfect home base from which to visit gorgeous Ostuni and the region more generally. The view of Ostuni from the villa is breathtaking and will remain in our memory for years. The villa itself is set in lovely mature grounds and the pool is divine. Private, secure and beautifully equipped the photos do not do it justice.We loved the experience and did not want to leave.

Beautiful & carefully maintained property. We had a wonderful stay, with supermarket options less than 10 minutes away and beautiful beaches within a 15 minute drive too. Ostuni is on the doorstep and we loved exploring. The children were so happy with the play equipment and the fact that the space was so easy for them too. Communication with the resort representative was easy and Christoph was so helpful.

C’est extrêmement bien placé, la centre historique est a 5 min en voiture comme le supermarché. La personne de contact sur place est tres sympathique et était toujours disponible.
