This charming vacation rental spans 120 square metres across 2 levels and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, offering a thoughtfully designed layout divided into 2 separate but interconnected cottages. The 2 cottages are connected to each other via a video intercom system, allowing for both privacy and communication between the units.

The first cottage features a living and dining room equipped with a dining table and direct access to the garden and to the loggia, which houses 1 double sofabed. This cottage also includes 1 bedroom situated on the mezzanine level, accessible via a spiral staircase, featuring open mezzanine space with sloping ceilings and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dedicated shower and WC serves this cottage.

The second cottage comprises a living room with 1 double sofabed and direct access to the garden, as well as 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its own access to the garden. A separate shower and WC is assigned to this unit. Across both cottages, the property therefore offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total.
