On the main level, you are welcomed into an open living and dining room featuring a sliding door, a panoramic window, a dining table, and a television. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and offers a private exit to the garden. The open kitchen on this level is fully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the main floor.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom features 2 beds and a direct exit to the garden, accompanied by a shower room with bidet and WC.
