In case of the pool towels of would not be returned, a fee of € 25,00 each will be charged
Visitor's tax
Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16,00 per hour
Late check-in by 11 p.m.: € 100,00. Beyond 11 p.m. no access will be allowed in the villa, the check-in will be postponed to the following morning.
Multiple check-in, following the delivery of the keys: € 50.00 each one
Late check out by 7 p.m.: € 400,00

If there are dogs (max 25 kg and only with prior authorization), a supplement of € 160,00 will be required for additional cleaning at the end of the stay

Note: Reimbursement of intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown in the sink; in the wc only toilet paper in moderate quantities is allowed)
Safety Deposit € 1.000 - The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
Terms & conditions
The below specific Booking conditions are related to Villa Tower. These specific conditions overrule the general conditions. For the other matters are still valid the General Booking Conditions
Point 5. Cancellation by the Customer. The cancellation will lead to the following penalties that will be expressed as a percentage of the amount on the booking: Date of the Cancellation’s Notification (Days before start of booking period) Penalty (% of the total amount of booking)

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before the time of check-in. The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.- Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings
It is possible to choose between two options:
1) Purchase a non-refundable insurance coverage for a total of € 158.00 with damage coverage up to € 3,000.00; or 2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival of € 1,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00. The refundable security deposit will be returned from 2 working days after check out once the condition of the property and its furnishings has been checked.

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 30% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (30% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
