Villa Emma is equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing and convenient stay, including air-conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, and from 11/07/26 to 21/08/26 the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00 for an additional fee payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week, with any extra consumption to be settled on-site at a rate per kWh, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, and a cot. Please be aware that at the time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.
