Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day except during the period from 20 June to 28 August, when changeover is fixed on Saturday. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only if agreed upon in advance. Pets are not permitted at the property. A high chair and cot are available upon prior request. The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, towels, bed linen, and final cleaning. A damage deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid on site, along with the city tax as per Italian law and any firewood used during the stay.
