The rental price includes consumption of gas, water, and electricity, as well as 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linens, and final cleaning. A cot and high chair are also available upon request at no additional cost. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at the property. A security deposit of 500 euros is required and must be paid on site upon arrival. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day is also applicable and payable directly on site.
