Villa Silvia operates with a check-in time from 17:00 to 21:00, and a check-out time between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available if agreed in advance. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2,000 euros is required to be paid in cash, and this amount will be returned upon departure, less any charges applicable in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a midweek change of bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for bookings of a minimum of 7 nights. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning is provided twice a week for 4 hours per session, also applicable to bookings of a minimum of 7 nights. A welcome basket with breakfast items and a baby cot are included in the rates. A tourist tax of a maximum of 5.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the management team is available to assist guests with a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
