On the ground floor of the main villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the living room, both finished with built-in masonry details and fine coloured majolica tiles in keeping with traditional Sicilian craftsmanship. The kitchen provides direct access to the pool area via a glass door. This level also hosts 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Moving up to the first floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and the other offering 2 single beds. The crowning jewel of the first floor is the master suite, which houses a stunning Jacuzzi tub positioned at the centre of the room, accompanied by breathtaking views over the sea and the surrounding countryside. The detached annex provides 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, both benefiting from en-suite facilities, and can accommodate up to 4 guests in total. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00, subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The weekly rental price includes gas and water consumption, 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linen, final cleaning, and 100 kWh of free electricity per week. Any electricity consumption exceeding 100 kWh will be charged at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh, payable on site. A cot is available at an additional cost of 30 euros, and a high chair is available for 15 euros. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies and is to be paid on site in accordance with local regulations.
