The Cooking Lesson includes shopping, preparing the dishes together with the guests, service and tidying up final, a bottle of Chianti for tasting for every 4 participants. Included in the lunch or dinner will also be served a traditional Tuscan side dish, such as Panzanella or Pappa al Pomodoro or a rich salad.
The menus adapt to the season and the dietary needs of the guests and are constructed so that guests can work at their best.
Lessons usually start around 10.00 or 17.00 and last about two hours plus time for lunch or dinner. The times are however flexible to be agreed with the guests.
