Villa Casentino

Villa Casentino is a big farmhouse located on the hills of Arezzo, completely restored and turned into a very comfortable villa.
The property consists of a main building (the farmhouse) and two barns, to offer guests the maximum privacy, but at the same time the opportunity to share the vacation with the family or a large group of friends, by using a large common room and an outdoor barbecue area with a large gazebo equipped with tables and chairs for organizing outdoor lunches and dinners. The completely fenced-in garden has a well-kept lawn, lush plants and trees and houses a beautiful private swimming pool and a solarium: a perfect place to spend the hot summer days sunbathing or cooling off by the pool, surrounded by the fabulous landscape that the Tuscany region offers.
The interiors are furnished in a rustic style, offering a suggestive combination of materials such as wood, stone and terracotta, typical of Tuscan country houses. Thanks to its 8 bedrooms and numerous common areas, the welcoming and bright interiors of Villa Casentino can accommodate up to 16/20 people. The house has all the comforts to ensure guests a pleasant stay in total relaxation. In one of the two barns (the one next to the swimming pool) there is a large common area (with living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom).
This villa represents an ideal base for exploring the Valdichiana and Casentino areas and visiting cities such as Cortona, Lucignano, Arezzo, Florence, Siena, up to nearby Umbria or Emilia Romagna.

At guests' disposal: large, completely fenced garden (8000 m2), swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (12 x 6 m - minimum depth 1 m - maximum depth 1.6 m ; salt purification system) with access through a masonry staircase, barbecue area with equipped gazebo and a swing. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), a toilet, a laundry area.
The villa has a Wi-FI internet connection (free). Parking within the grounds.

Extra Services: Baby bed available at a cost of € 10,- / per day (to be paid on the spot). Maid service available upon request (to be paid on the spot).
Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 70,- / per pet (to be paid on the spot).

Distances: Subbiano with all kinds of shops at 5 km, Arezzo with railway station (daily connections to Florence and Rome) 18 km, Poppi 20 km, the beautiful town of Cortona 50 km, Siena 90 km, Florence 95km, Perugia 100km.
