All outdoor areas including the garden, pergola, and swimming pool are reserved solely for villa guests, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive experience free from intrusion. The property is ideally located for exploring Florence, Siena, and Pisa, with the nearest village accessible via a 25-minute walk. The organically certified farm, established in 2013, covers approximately 30 hectares featuring olive groves with over 2000 olive trees of typical Tuscan varieties producing extra virgin olive oil, along with fruit trees, horticultural plants, medicinal herbs, and saffron cultivation. Please note that the villa retains its original Tuscan structure including terracotta floors, wooden beams, and decorative fireplace, which means some areas feature small steps or uneven levels, and the top floor entrance is slightly lower than standard, requiring guests with limited mobility to exercise caution. For security purposes, an external video camera monitors only two entrances and detects movement without facial recognition capability, while all guest-exclusive areas including the garden and pool remain completely private and free from surveillance.
