This charming vacation rental spans over 100 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area complete with an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and an additional bath/bidet/WC is also available on this floor.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm. The second bedroom also features a double bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from an en-suite shower/WC. The third bedroom is fitted with both a single bed measuring 80 cm and a double bed measuring 160 cm, and includes a shower/bidet/WC as well as a private exit to the garden. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main property, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separate units.
On the upper floor, an open room with characterful sloping ceilings offers additional sleeping space, furnished with a single bed measuring 80 cm and a sofabed measuring 80 cm. Natural stone floors run throughout the entire property, lending a warm and authentic feel to every room.

Reservation Policy
Local Policies
These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
