The living room is equipped with 1 double sofabed and provides direct access to the garden and terrace. The first bedroom is a large double room featuring 1 double bed measuring 170 cm in width and 220 cm in length, and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC. Please be aware that this large double bedroom is not internally connected to the other rooms of the villa; it is accessed via the loggia or through a door at the back of the house. The second bedroom features a panoramic window, 1 single bed, and 1 pull-out bed, with a direct exit to the terrace. The single beds in this room can be combined into a double configuration. The third bedroom contains 2 beds and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, along with direct access to the garden and veranda. A third shower, bidet, and WC is available as a shared bathroom for the remaining guests. Local Policies

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
