This vacation rental is a charming 5-room house spread across 3 levels, covering a total area of 130 square meters and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. This room also benefits from a direct exit to the garden. Please be aware that there is no internal connection between the ground floor and the upper levels of the house.

On the upper floor, you will find a versatile living and sleeping room furnished with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as a dining area with a dining table and access to a terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for your convenience. A second bathroom, also featuring a shower, bidet, and toilet, is located on this level.

The second upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one is appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the other contains 3 beds. A third bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet completes this floor. Throughout the house, the furnishings reflect a comfortable country house style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere across all levels.

Local Policies

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
