On the first level, you will find a charming living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, and CD-player, from which you can step directly onto the terrace to take in sweeping views of the valley, the countryside, the forest, and the iconic Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata. The first level also hosts all 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and offers direct access to the terrace, the second is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, and the third is fitted with 2 single beds. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is centered around a large dining table with its own exit to the terrace. The 2 bathrooms on this level each include a bidet and WC, with one offering a bathtub and the other a shower; one of the bathrooms also features a hydro-massage bath.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
