Excellent restaurants offering dishes of the local tradition are available in the area surrounding the villa. Bus stop with busses for Perugia about 300 m from the villa away.

At guests' disposal: large, terraced garden (5.000 m2) offering beautiful views over the valley below, swimming-pool (9 x 4 m; depth: 1,20 m), 2 furnished gazebos, table-tennis, games for children, barbecue, volley-ball ground, small basket ground.
