The accommodation boasts a dining room, a living room equipped with a TV (flat screen) and a fan, along with three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a TV (flat screen) and a fan, one room with two beds, and another room with two beds. Additionally, the house includes an exit leading to the garden and loggia. The kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an open-hearth fireplace.
