The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a steamer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, accompanied by a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom on this floor features a shower and WC. Underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort throughout the main level, which also showcases elegant parquet and natural stone floors.

Please be aware that this sleeping area, as well as others in the apartment, is located within an open-plan space such as a gallery or alcove rather than an enclosed bedroom.
