The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished with contemporary Scandinavian-style pieces and leads directly onto a south-facing balcony of 14 m2, complete with outdoor furniture and exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The 1st bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room offering 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, and is equipped with one small window. The kitchen and living area form a combined, fully equipped space. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one bath with WC and one shower with WC. It is worth noting that the property does not have a lift, and cabinet space throughout the apartment is limited. An E-Piano is also available for guests to enjoy.

Reservation Policy
Local Policies
These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
