On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the main living areas. This level houses 2 rooms, each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as an additional room featuring 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom facilities on this floor include a bath with WC and a separate WC. A terrace exit is also accessible from this level.
The main living level offers a large, open-plan living and dining room that flows into a fully equipped open kitchen, with direct access to a west-facing terrace and views of the surrounding landscape. On the top floor, an open gallery provides an additional sleeping area with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a terrace exit offering an east-facing position. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms. The chalet benefits from 2 west-facing terraces, 1 east-facing terrace, and a small garden, all furnished with terrace furniture, and the property enjoys a partial view of the mountains.

Reservation Policy
Local Policies
These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
