The main level welcomes you with a spacious living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, cable television, and a DVD player, with direct access to a balcony. A small lounge, also equipped with a television and DVD player, opens onto a terrace, as does the dining room. The large kitchen on this level is fully appointed and connects the living spaces seamlessly.
On the lower ground floor, a small entrance hall leads to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. An additional shower and WC is also available on this floor. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort throughout the lower ground floor.
The top floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms along with a shared bathroom. A large bedroom on this level contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bath and WC, and direct access to a balcony with a north-facing position. A children's room on the same floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bath, shower, and WC serve this floor. Reservation Policy
Local Policies
These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
