The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, as well as a raclette grill. Also on this level is 1 large double bedroom featuring 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm, a shower and WC, a double hand-basin, and private access to a balcony. A separate shower and WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the lower ground floor, guests will find 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm, alongside a large playroom ideal for younger guests, and a shower and WC.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROPERTY

These conditions nullify and replace the payment and cancellation conditions included in the "General Terms and Conditions" published by RaroVillas.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
