The ground floor also hosts 2 double bedrooms, each complete with its own private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a flat-screen television. A third large double bedroom is also located on this level, equally furnished with a flat-screen television. The well-equipped kitchen features 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
