The property accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for larger groups or families seeking space and comfort in a rustic setting.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a charming living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as a large dining room with direct access to the garden, perfect for entertaining. This level also hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with a sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, satellite TV, and a flat screen television, along with garden access. The second is a smaller double bedroom, also with its own en-suite shower, bidet, and WC, and direct access to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen is located on this floor, fitted with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Lavazza capsules for the coffee machine. A pergola and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a spiral staircase leads to a room with 2 beds and an en-suite shower, bidet, and WC.
